Sales Consultant

Job Summary

The Sales Consultant main responsibility is to sale cloud-based telephony software.  Proactively applies positive attitude and experience in a self-directed and fast-paced environment. Sales Consultants can successfully articulate the software and promotions offered and clearly relate to the various businesses.
Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively identify new opportunities via cold calling, lead follow-up and outside sales.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and activities through active use of SalesForce.
  • Work with CEO to accomplish defined revenue goals.
  • Review, track and report weekly actuals to President/CEO through Sales Force to measure accountability and progress towards business goals.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
  • Actively participate and report at weekly sales meetings.
  • Identify new opportunities, new leads, and establish client relationships.
  • Ability and willingness to communicate best practices to teammates to enhance overall performance of the company.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum five (5) years of sales experience in technology sales and/or in corporate sales
  • Projects energy, enthusiasm and smiles on every call.
  • Experience working with SalesForce.com or a similar CRM
  • Knowledge of sales best practices and sales metrics
  • History of demonstrable sale success.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising and a deep understanding of social media applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and oral communications
  • Outstanding sales, be a team player, and have strong organizational skills.
  • An outgoing professional who strives for success.
  • Willing to work weekend and evenings as required by the needs of the business.

Voice Support Engineer

Job Summary

As a Voice Support Engineer, you will provide Tier 1, 2 and 3 remote and onsite support for computer workstations, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunication and teleconferencing equipment, to help complete a client cut over initiative while proactively Applying a positive attitude and experience in a self-directed and fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with previous experience providing remote support in Telephony, VoIP, Digital PBX, and Networking, preferably for cutover initiatives a plus!

The individual should have a working knowledge of Telephony is also preferred but not necessary:

  • Analog
  • Digital
  • 66 Block/cross-connections/punch down
  • Trunks

Strong working knowledge of VoIP, with digital PBX experience highly desired!

  • Digital phones
  • Call management/Call management software
  • Digital VM and Digital PBX
  • Troubleshooting

Additionally, networking knowledge is also relevant:

  • Cable/Cable management
  • Routing
  • Firewall
  • Network troubleshooting (QoS, etc.)

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
